Refund/Return

Policy

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To be eligible for a return, you will need to provide order number and images of damaged goods.

If items are not damaged, returns can be made within 30 days of purchase by providing your order number; items must be unused and in their original packaging. 
 

To Cancel or Change Pre-ordered items

When you pre-order an item, you are purchasing an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment when the item ships. You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has shipped, please follow our refund/returns policy.
